The Hammer Group was started by Itai Hammer. Itai who came from a middle class immigrant family in 1990 envisioned a better future for himself. Since childhood he dreamt of being successful and create wealth. In addition to his military service experience and self-development his knowledge in Engineering, Finance, and Marketing allows him to assist his clients by bringing an holistic all encompassing approach to be the agent of choice by many. His friendly, no-nonsense, and honesty resonates with many of his clients. 

Itai started is career in Real Estate 10 years ago while working he was working full time at the hospital. Just like many entrepreneurs the path wasn't an easy one but he was determined to succeed. From knocking on thousands of doors, making calls, and distributing thousands of flyers nothing stuck. In 2018 while assisting a dentist in selling his practice that things began to turn around. He started specializing in Dental clinic sales. In 2019 he assisted in the sale of a large daycare with property which was sold for $7M and in 2022 he sold another school with the property for $15M. Over the years with the help of his family and colleagues the group had grown. The system we created brings buyers and sellers together without usually hitting the MLS which is deciding factor for most commercial transaction who prefer to stay anonymous for the sake of their business stability.
